Jamie Auborn, LCSW is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience supporting youth, families and adults. Her therapeutic approach is tailored to each person’s strengths, needs and goals, with attention to how relationships and environments influence wellbeing. Her work is rooted in collaboration, empowerment and evidence-based practice.
Jamie offers EMDR to help process difficult experiences and reduce emotional distress, CBT to shift unhelpful thought and behavior patterns, and DBT skills to support emotional regulation. She provides therapy for ADHD to improve self-esteem, motivation and executive functioning. She also offers specialized interventions for problematic sexual behaviors in adolescents.
Jamie works with youth navigating legal or court involvement, as well as foster and adoptive children and families. She holds a Post Graduate Training Certificate in Adoptive & Foster Family Therapy from Portland State University and is a STAR Behavioral Health Provider, supporting service members, Veterans and military-connected families.
